01:05:631 (1,2,3,4,5) - this kind of curve is strange, which means lack of aesthetic feeling
01:24:040 (4) - it's not approprite to place the slider here, it gets obstacled and the movement is not very smooth
01:35:858 (2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,1) - these two pentagons..you can use compose/create polygon circles to make them better

the biggest problem in your mapset, I deem is placement/arrangement. You'd practise more to get a better feeling on placing notes. Either making them looks good or plays good. Then the hitsound. Your hitsound is neither bad nor outstanding. Using default hitsound has no wrong but keep in mind that it's always a better thing to adjust the volume neatly, catering different parts in the music.

Yeah, placement... I thought changing between random placements and patterned stuff would do well here, so I did that. About practicing, I am mapping many songs when I'm bored, so I guess I can count that too (although at least half of them are similar to this diff in terms of notes arrangement. Dang it). For volume... added a few green lines and adjusted them. Hopefully they will work well. So, so well.

Also added some NCs, got a few circles replaced with a slider, and rearranged a slider to form a polygon somewhere between the first and second kiai time, but overall these are just some minor changes ;)

I went talking to SG about the offset. I am not exactly agreeing with the first offset, but since the offset varies a lot depending on what you are to sync the 1 note too, I decided I will be okay with rebubbling with the current timing. (note: only checked timing)
