Why is the map so big?
The map has a lot of backgrounds, I consider you standardize the same BG for all difficulties.
Plus, the map doesn't need a storyboard with all the lyrics and whatnot. NO ONE is going to read it.
Too much kiai as well. I consider cutting down on the kiai.

-5 to all offsets sounds good to me. Except for this:

The section here 04:08:362 - should have 119 BPM.
Add a section at 04:10:944 - with 117 BPM.
Add a section at 04:12:216 - with 120 BPM then remove the one at 04:28:230 -
Move the section at 04:44:261 - 10ms later.
Add a section at 04:45:188 - with 110 BPM.

Also 10% volume is way too low (for the last few sections)

  4. I don't really know how to mod SB's, but your lyrics appear to a bit late to show up. If you have time to adjust these things, please do.
  5. Add "Millhiore Firianno Biscotti" to the tags? She's the character who's singing of course voiced by Horie Yui.

There are too many circles in this soft song, and i can't catch the rhythm. Consider replacing some circles by sliders (short or long slider), and follow the vocal, then the map will make more sense. For example:

Add a slider start at 00:22:081 end at 00:22:331
Add a slider start at 00:22:581 end at 00:23:081

If you really want to get your map ranked, pay attention to the ranking criteria:

The mapset must have a well-designed spread of difficulties, containing at least an Easy or a Normal difficulty (based on how the map feels): this is so that players of all levels of experience are able to enjoy maps of the songs they love. It's really hard to define how a specific spread could work in a specific song beforehand, but here's a list of things to consider: the difficulties in the mapset must be in a consecutive order and/or with a reasonable gap between them; there should be at least one difficulty around ~2.5/3 star difficulty level; if your mapset has two difficulties, one of them cannot be insane (this basically means that it's highly recommended to have 3 difficulties unless the song itself doesn't allow much variety); if your mapset has three difficulties, one of them should be about ~2.5/3 star difficulty level, and the second should not be Insane; if your map has four or more difficulties, at least two should be something other than Insane. The difficulty level of Taiko-specific difficulties does not follow this."
I may mod and shoot a star at this map someday ;)

found an issue. you must fix it.

[General]
  1. "soft-slidertick.wav" and "soft-sliderslide.wav" are completely silent. you must remove one.

after a one-time view..I'm sorry to say this diff may be not so good to be ranked imo(just my own opinion
some tips for you If you want to have a remap
  1. avoid using too many circles at a time..just something like 00:04:595 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - 00:21:345 (2,3,4,5,6,7) - ...thogh don't want to say..I think you can't make beautiful shapes of circles for now.using circles + sliders regularly will let your map look more neat
  2. 00:10:595 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3) - like this pattern.I will map a triangle for each.that will be more beautiful
  3. try not to use too many speed-changes if It doesn't really require it.like 00:42:095 (1) - 00:51:845 (6) - ,players may get confused
  4. 02:10:845 (4,5,1,2,3) - in this pattern.I think you don't need to limit yourself.it's your hardest diff so don't need to put too easy patterns in it

  7. 00:51:095 (2,3) - try something like this: it will flow better a blanket
  8. 01:03:095 (5,6) - why so ugly slider make they cuter like :
  9. 02:42:095 - this finish sound to loud >.< i think 40% volume is better
  10. 04:42:220 (3) - you can make it cuter with the new 3 point formula

Get more mods and Andrea will mod it too, i think this map is not ready yet >.<
