- I'm going to be really drastic here, the slowdowns and speed ups during this map are no good at all. I highly suggest you to please remap the beginning of the song, remove all those slowdowns and maybe some jumps. Also you use speed ups sometimes which don't make sense at all because the song is quite calm and doesn't suggest these speed ups, they don't make sense at all
- The distance snap you're using is way too much even with 1.00x speed. I know this can sound like something very drastic but I have also noticed the slow speed for the diff, try using 1.60 for speed this means remapping a little
- I'm sorry but I can't mod this diff, I only suggest you to remap it using 1.60 speed and 1.0x distance snap or the current speed with a proper distance snap (probably between 1.2~1.5) also no speeds ups, there is room for slowdowns but they have to go with the music

- Are you really using 1.40 for speed on an insane diff lol it's fine, the diff goes smoothly
