As I already told you I cannot mod Taiko. The only point I found is:
03:52:788 - the timing section and the kiai time have to start on 03:52:787

00:32:510 (2) - nazi: 1 grid up (level 4) looks better
00:36:582 (2,3,4,5) - this manual stacking doesn't look so good
00:41:510 (1) - copy 00:40:653 (7) and ctrl+r, this shape looks better
00:45:796 (3) - sure about the return touching 00:45:368 (2) ?
01:17:128 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - I don't think a spacing increase fits here with these back and forth jumps
01:27:795 (5,7) - why don't you stack them?
01:52:128 (2,4) - ^ ?
01:53:461 (2,3,4,1) - this manual stack looks ugly imo, either stack it autoamtically or increase the spacing?

In-Game Mod Request because of my unexisting Queue

[KKTaiko]

Ich mach das mal auf deutsch dann gehts schneller:

- Audio Vol. der Noten würde ich hier überall bei 80 lassen. Streckenweise ist das etwas zu leise und hörbare Noten spielen sich halt besser~
- Diese x 1.20 SV Green-lines sind ne ganz schlechte Idee, spielt sich furchtbar. Stell die alle zurück auf x 1,00. Die letzten beiden dürfen ruhig schneller sein, zieh einfach x0,20 davon ab: 1,40 -> 1,20 usw.
- Wenn du das gemacht hast stell die Slider bei 02:06:461 (1) - und 02:53:795 (3) - neu ein. (Andere gegebenenfalls auch)
- 03:31:711 (4,1) - Entweder (4) löschen oder Finish bei (1) entfernen, beides geht nicht.
- 00:55:462 - 01:29:128 - In diesem Bereich hast du viel zu viele kdk und kdkdk Patterns benutzt. Tausch mal jedes 2te kdk durch kkk aus und jeden 2ten kdkdkdk-like stream mit kkddk aus und dann sollte der Laden wieder laufen~

Ich kann hier ehrlich gesagt nicht viel meckern, du machst das mitlerweile ziemlich gut.
Diesen SV Unsinn kann ich aber einfach wirklich nicht mit ansehen, erst wenn du das geändert hast bin ich wieder glücklich :3

- That clap hitsound is a bit loud, don't you think? Reduce Volume of that specific Sound by -20%?
- 00:31:225 (1) - Not optimal curved ;) Same on 00:32:939 (3).
- 01:28:128 (7) - Stack (5) with (7).
-01:52:128 (2) - Stack (2) with (4)
- 02:27:128 (3) - ... You don't stack on purpose do you? Is there any special meaning I don't get? Please tell me if so, could be helpfull on other moddings as well.

I didn't do the sliders because I don't know what to do with them lol (suck at making sliders)

Why I don't stack normally is that sometimes I don't want the ordinary stacking that makes the circles go diagonal down \
and some of my pattens wont work. Well I can stack them but it'll look abit different

Wenn ich richtig liege (Jenny meint immer das sei falsch :/) solltest du die resnappen.

03:52:787 - Ich denke der Inherited Point kann weg, da du davor beim roten Timing Point schon kia-time aktiviert hast.

The title and mapper in the Taiko BG can be moved a bit upwards to look better imo. See this for details ( Move the purple parts upwards a bit )

02:06:461 ( 1 ) - I think it's better to use spinner instead as this slider is long, which means it's hard to hit all the ticks. Maybe make one that ends at 02:08:795 and add a red note at 02:09:128 ?

03:18:461 ( 1 ) - ^

04:14:120 ( 1 ) - ^

02:18:628 ( ooooooo ) - This could a bit more complicated than other streams. You may want to simplify it a bit to balance the difficulty~

02:35:128 ( ooooooooo ) - ^

03:07:128 ( ooooooooo ) - ^, maybe try ooooooooo ?

Fixed everything else as you mentioned, removed note ( 04:19:870 ) for the sake of 1337 combo (forgive me :x)

You must fully map at least one difficulty of a mapset if you are the person who is uploading it. For collaborated beatmap sets, the uploader must be a part of every difficulty. Also, no guest mapper should have more content in the mapset than the creator. It makes no sense to upload a map if you barely contributed to it.
It seems that the full difficulty refers to solo diff, and the current set is unapprovable, so there'll be no further action after this mod and sorry for that.

About timing: maybe you'll want to check the old ranked version for some red lines (especially the 1/8 part)

02:00:461 - pattern that comes 3 in a group does not fit 1/4 based song well, and you can hear a clear drum hit from the music ion the white tick so kdddkdk is preferred.
02:06:461 - slider represents 1/4 streams and does not fit the long vocal note very well for me. Try a spinner? Also I'll prefer ending spinner/slider eariler and put note at 02:09:128 - since the ending of slider/spinner in taiko diff is insignificant.
02:30:128 - nothing here in the music so just ddddk?
03:18:461 - same as 2:06
03:27:128 - this is the accent like 2 beats before, so add finish

02:58:628 (2,4) - touched each other. If you want, you can tweek (4) (as well as (1)) so that (4) is curving (2) well (or you can move (2,3) too).
sounds nice, some impressive use of finish at the accelerating part.

A Taiko difficulty should count as a difficulty. No, a Taiko difficulty IS a difficulty.
Taiko shouldn't be an exception D:

As far as I know, Kokatsu mapped the whole Taiko difficulty so he has paricipated in the mapset.
This is kind of a Collab between me and Kokatsu.

That is the key point. Before uploading i asked Blue Dragon IRC wether it would be rankable or not. At that point he told me that he was unsure (due to the rule you pointed out) and asked other BAT's too, telling me that it would actually not be against the rules. (I searched for a chatlog/puush of that conversation but didn't find one, but I guess BD will remember :o )
With the knowledge of this being unrankable/unapprovable, I would've never invested so much time on anything (finding modders, doing mods for KDS and everything else).

As for Saten: I aggree with him that a Taikodiff (especially when going for approval) is not just something you map in like 5minutes. I don't see why Standard-difficulties should overweight Taiko/CtB one's just because they are not "for the whole osu!-community". Finding good patterns and mapping a good Taiko is for sure as hard as mapping a Standarddifficulty.

I guess this topic needs a lot more discussion from people who are mapping for a longer time..

I would appreciate you to talk about a change in the ranking criteria to be more precise, so other people will know that b4 they invest as much time as I did.

Yesterday night I've asked andrea and odaril to make sure about it and both of them agree that such diff spread is not app-able.
While taiko-only mapsets are not rankable, I will not regard this mapset as app-able.
Anyway you can start a discussion on that rule on this sub-forum: 87
