What you do is go into notepad and write up your .osu from scratch.

I mean go into Edit mode, and drag and drop your mp3 into the window. Time, and then map. Follow the ranking guidelines, etc.

File > Upload Beatmap...

Make sure you have at least two difficulties and the song is finished if you're putting it in Pending. Otherwise, move it to WIP/Help.

Go into Editor. Up left hand corner, File -> Upload Beatmap. Standard submission, etc.

1. Open osu!

2. Select Edit.

3. Choose your song.

4. Go to File...

5. Go to Upload Beatmap...

6. Select Standard Submission.

7. Adjust things according to what you want.

8. Have fun.
