Are you really sure you want to waste this map as an approval? Cutting the score a bit to just <20m by using a few more (repeat-) sliders instead of circles/streams should be no big deal. Add a 3,5 star normal-diff and get this mapset ranked! Two Problems: first of all I don't like the idea of changing the map to decrease the max score. For me personally it plays and feels best to delete 02:58:534 (8) and 02:59:224 (8) aswell I did this because on the second part of the stream a new drum starts drumming. To make this change visible in the map I put a jump, NC and normal hitsound sampleset. I like this really much! But ofcourse you are right, this is just very surprising so I removed 02:58:534 (8) "sadface".
I did like it the first time I played it back then and it is even better now. Still some room for improvement, especially to make the map fit both melody and beat at the same time (I know this is miuch easier said than done). Overall I think it would be sad to waste this for approval only. Maybe you can think about making this rankable instead. I don't understand how an approval would be a waste. And as pointed out above there is one unsolvable problem for me about getting this ranked and another very hard one.
O.O circle-slider-ratio is still 2:1 althoughI didn't care about it when I worked on your mod. That was lucky xD.

By doing this, you're keeping consistency and creating a better feel for the music. Actually the measure you have to compare this measure is this one: 02:06:896. Anyway I added this slider.
03:26:465 (4) - This off-beat is awkward to play. Seeing as you've dealt with polarity in a very respectable way this entire time, remove (3), replace it with a hit-circle and add a 3/4th beat slider at 03:26:206 (4). Here's a timeline reference. okay
03:58:965 (7) - Get rid of this repeat and add a hit circle where the slider originally ended to stress the vocals more. Make sure to add the combo on the newly created element and remove the one on the next hit circle. okay
04:25:344 (4) - This repeat-slider is unpredictable, for a lack of a better term. You have to read the next approach circle to determine when it ends, which isn't good. Well, I increased the spacing a little bit now although the symmetry is gone then
- 01:11:034 (4) - I'd add a whistle on the reverse, sounds better with the vocals. nah, I have my pattern of placing whistles already and this wouldn't fit it (it interfers with the background beat)
