Here on request. As always, you have the right to reject everything.
When all else fails, resort to the '80s. For some reason I think that as I mod this...
Code Periwinkle: If you changed the thing above, change this too for consistency.
Code Purple: I am simply being a Nazi Modder. Feel free to shun.
Code Green: Recommendations, you don't HAVE to do these, but I highly encourage them.
Code Blue: These are changes that should be made.

[Actual Modding]
Code Green: 00:04:503 (1,2,3) Whistle on first part of slider 1 then whistle the whole slider. Same with slider 2 and 3.
Code Green: 00:10:021 (1,3) Add whistle on the first and last parts of slider 1 and then whistle the whole thing. Same with Slider 3.
Code Purple: 00:11:400 (3) The middle point should go down 1 point to wrap around the previous beat better.
Code Green: 00:19:331(5) Make the whole slider a whistle (make sure neither end actually has a whistle sound effect) then add a finish to the end of the slider.
Code Purple: 00:19:331 (3) Move the middle slider point to the left by one for better wrapping.
Code Green: 00:22:090 (3) Make the whole slider a whistle (make sure neither end actually has a whistle sound effect) then add a finish to the end of the slider.
Code Green: 00:24:848 (4) Ibid (as above)
Code Purple: 00:29:676 (3,4,5,1,2,3,4) The distance between Sliders 3 and 4 as well as 1 and 2 in the next combo bug me as they are too close. I will admit it will take quite a bit of work, but I believe, out of my nazi mods, this is the most important note so far. Please don't just ignore it. Also, for slider 4, shift the middle dot over to the left one.
Code Periwinkle: 00:33:124 (4,1,2,3,4,5,6) If you did the one above, you'll have lined up with 4 perfectly. Make the spacing between slider 3 and 4 even, then have the group 1,2,3,4,5,6 follow. You can ignore the distance spacing between 6 and the green slider 1 that follows.
Code Green: 00:36:917 (2) Move slider 2 so that the distance is about .88x rather than how close it is now. This should make it about .9x with the next beat, hence flow is sustained.
Code Purple: 00:49:676 (4) Move this beat to be the same distance from slider 3 and slider 2. It makes it look nicer. To maintain flow, you will have to shift the next beats: 1,2,3,4,1,2
Code Purple: 00:54:159 (4) 4 is a bit too close to 3.
Code Blue: 01:12:090 (1) Change hitsounds to normal here.
Code Periwinkle: Due to the hitsound change (while the sound is better here) the hitsounds that are placed are optimized for soft. Change them for normal. As Bakari and I suggest, try playing with the whistle, particularly on sliders! I won't comment on hitsounds for this section.
Code Purple: 01:23:124 (1) Move this slider one down and one to the left. That fixes spacing majorly.
Code Purple: 01:59:676 (4) Can be moved up a bit to be centered with 3.
Code Purple: 02:01:745 This to 02:07:090 sounds good in normal hitsounds.
Code Purple: 02:18:383 Kiai section might be good in normal hitsounds.
Code Green: 02:40:366 (7) If you're to stay consistant with the last kiai mode section, remove this beat or add one at the other.
Code Purple: 02:51:400 Move the top tick a little to the left.
Code Green: 02:52:866 (2) Somehow this feels better one the blue tick.
03:17:607 (3) I like this shape
[General: Normal]

Code Green: 00:04:503 (1,2,3,4) Pretty much the same thing as on easy, adding whistles and all.
Code Green: 00:06:917 (1) Consider replacing with a 1,2 stack.
Code Green: 00:10:021 (1,2,3,4) Same jazz about whistles.
Code Green: 00:12:435 (1) Aim this slider directly at slider 2.
Code Purple: 00:13:469 (4) Bring the final slider tick two dots up.
Code Purple: 00:23:297 (2) Bring this to the down and to the right a bit so that the slider is exactly .9x away from both other sliders.
01:09:331 (1) YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!1!!!!11!
Code Purple: 01:20:021 (1) This slider should reflect that green slider 3
Code Green: 01:31:055 (1) Consider replacing with a 1,2 stack.
Code Green: 01:56:572 (2) Remove finish
Code Green: 01:57:952 (2) Ibid.
Code Green: 02:10:021 (1,2,3) These sliders are a bit ugly. Consider revision.
Code Green: 02:30:021 (2) Be nice if 2 reflected 1.
Code Blue: 03:12:779 (6) move to the white tick for timing consistency and to avoid a polarity shift.
Code Green: 03:36:917 (1) spinner needs to be more quiet while spinning.
[General: BOI Hard]
Wow sixths are amazingly accurate. While I have a few issues with sliders, there's not much to really rag on... Well except the ones I mention.

Code Green: 00:04:503 (1,2,3,4,5,6) Whistles here would be cool. For the pattern refer to the previous mods.
Code Green: 00:10:021 (1,2,3,4) Ibid (as above)
Code Purple: 00:37:492 (3) This can be better lined up with the previous slider. This will require movement of the next 4 beats.
Code Purple: 00:52:779 (1,2,3) I'd set these sliders up so they're more like a circle.
Code Purple: 01:27:837 (6) Seems a bit out of place here.
Code Purple: 02:31:285 (4) Ibid
Code Blue: 02:52:779 (6) ...and now it makes sense... Move this beat 1 tick ahead.
[Overview]
Yeah, Starry you should map this on 1/6 or 1/3 time, it sounds a lot better. Gooooooooooood luck
Cheers!
