try replacing all of your whistles with claps. ill point out whistles that work with the music rather than against the music for you to keep, if i find any
01:07:01 - two problems. 1. starting kiai on an offbeat means that the kiai ends up flashing on the offbeat as well. 2. kiai doesnt fit
im also seriously wondering if this is correctly timed, looking at the snapping

To next BAT: Please check if the Kiai Time is appropriate under the new rule. I thought it's fine as is despite the one-per-playable length, but we'll see.

could you please make the first offset on all difficulties 202? At the moment, the offsets are totally different, too, I checked, they're not only on different ticks, they're TOTALLY different ;/

A lot of notes on dipsy's difficulty are unsnapped. I'm not sure what about the other difficulties, but just to make sure everything's fine, resnap all notes on all difficulties please
