i see some jumps as unnecessary, but it's an [Insane] diff, so i'll pass on them

01:06:786 (1,2,3,4) - a huge spacing drop after (2), i suggest you either 1) use larger spacing for (2,3,4), or 2) decrease spacing of (1,2)

Was a bit confused on how [Harumi] was the "Hardest" difficulty, but the difference that throw off the balance between Hard and Insane was having 1 spinner less and a few more notes (plus the current settings). Though, it shouldn't cause too much trouble since to force the fix would mean to drop the settings and such. I'll go ahead and rank then.
