I'd consider following the guitar using a combination of notes and sliders; nothing is too hard for your hardest diff on a map. alright i added a 1/2 slider and a circle to follow the guitar.
00:45:179 (9) - As above. Throw in a triple and a slider or something. nope but added a 1/1 slider to follow the instrumental.

I don't see why you shouldn't delete .osb if you aren't using it. A file is better if it's 197bytes smaller rather than 197bytes larger.

combo colour on hard dif is different from other diffs, maybe try to make them the same.

I think 1000 lead-in time is enough, 2000 is a little too much for me.
