Hello again!
So far I have updated your comboburst.png to be contain less jpg artifacts and dead pixels. It looks much better now! I created a hitcircle that matches the storyboard and added a default number set with it, but I'm not
entirely sure I like the number set, so I'm going to keep that to myself. I'm not going to fiddle with the hitbursts, as many people would agree they don't want those changed.

It's very simplistic, yeah? Fits much better, though.
From most maps I've seen they usually just skin the hitcircles and spinners and not much else. So I'm going to do that.
What I'm going to do though, is stop here and ask you if there is anything specific you want changed or added. I don't know much about this artist, so it would be good to have recommendations towards what to add.
Specifically, the spinner. Is there anything specific you want for the spinner? It could be much better.

General NotesRemove spinner-clear.png, spinner-osu.png, spinner-spin.png, spinner-approachcircle.png and approachcircle.png, as they are the default osu skin files and have no reason to be around.
If your intention was to have consistent art style by just using default skin files, just remove approachcircle.png and spinner-approachcircle.png. Most skinners don't bother with them.
If you are going to use my hitcircles, remove combo color 1 as it doesn't look too good with it. The hitcircle is purple (just like your old hitcircle) and it creates an ugly dark grey purple color.
ERT's Easy has a Skip button at the end of the map while Normal and Hard do not. I like it without the skip button.
ERT's Easy does not have the delayed break that Normal and Hard have, at 01:24:511.04:07:171 - Credit ERT in the ERT's Easy storyboard instead of Breeze, as he created that difficulty. Make sure you credit yourself for the storyboard as well.
02:48:739 - 02:59:651 - Seems like Kaia Time would work really well for this section. Or do you not like kaia?
Hard01:12:746 - I think it might be tough to predict where the slider begins and ends.
Normal01:18:373 (1, 2, 3, 4) - Weird pattern for Normal. Also,
(4)'s repeat arrow is covered up by (3) 02:54:195 (1, 2, 3, 4) - This shouldn't be in Normal, I think, being only separated by offbeats on the timeline.
ERT's EasyNo problems.
