Hello! I see you put a lot of dedication in this to get so many mods in just 3 weeks! I'll mod this now as a prize for that dedication, you deserve it!

[General]

  • Metadata:
  1. Disable the countdown in all difficulties. It's unused - the time for it to appear is too short so it actually doesn't.

    Volume:
  2. 00:01:997 ~ 00:16:255 - In this section, the music seems to be more "quiet" so I suggest lowering the volume for this part. About -25% should be fine!

    Timing:
  3. The offset sounds a little late, -7 ms should work better. I know that changes lower than 10 ms can fall in the range of our hearing mistakes but somehow, this felt even more late in comparison with other maps that I've already identified to have alte offsets. So yeah, please try it.
    Remember to resnap!
[Easy]
  1. 00:05:561 (4) - SInce this combo looks a little too long, I would suggest adding a new combo here. It's ok if you want to keep this and the next suggestion the same though, just let me know.
  2. 00:12:690 (5) - Again new combo, and remove it from the next slider, then add one at 00:16:255 (2) -. This is to be consistent with 00:08:234 (6,7,1) -.
  3. 00:23:384 (1) - I felt as if you were missing a finish here! Try adding one. It totally fits the music~
  4. Now there's a section in which I would like to suggest some whistles so, I'll just write them down here:
    "How about adding whistles at...?"
    1. 00:32:295 (2) -
    2. 00:35:860 (2) -
    3. 00:39:424 (3) -
    4. 00:42:989 (2) -
    5. 00:46:553 (3) -
    6. 00:50:118 (3) -

    It's just a pattern that somehow fits the song imo, so if you like it, you should apply something similar in the other diffs too.

  1. 00:44:764 (1) - As this is the start of the kiai, I think that a finish fits a lot better than a whistle.
  2. 00:51:893 (1) - To follow [TeA]'s hitsounding patterns, I believe that you should use a finish here too. It really sounds much, much better.

  3. Well you know, overall, I think you should be using whisltes, and a lot of them. They really fit the song. See the suggestions in Easy, but also, you can be much more creative in this difficulty because of how it follows the rythm. I recommend deciding where to place them with [TeA] for consistency.
  4. 00:45:662 (5,6,7,8) - Just wanted to say that this plays surprisingly well, when I saw it in the editor I went like "wtf?" but it turned out better than expected.
Well that's all! In terms of hitsounding this can still be improved, so I'm popping this for now. And since the map is relatively new (it was submitted only 3 weeks ago), I'd say that we can wait a little longer before ranking it not to be unfair with the other mappers that have much older maps.
Take this time to get a few more mods, and therefore improve the quality of the map (which is actually pretty good by now!)

So that's what I got here for you (yus I'm both a fast mapper and modder, you might tell I'm missing quality then but I don't think so, duh ._.)


Kogure's Insane:

  • 00:13:136 (4) - shorten this by 1/4 and place next (1) on the white tick, feels better imo
    00:15:475 (6) - place this on previous white tick, feels way better
    00:27:617 (1,2,3) - kicksliders feel mostly awkward on red ticks, so please do something else here, compressed stream leading in a slider or something
    00:36:082 (1,2,3) - banned forever? please, no - a tripple-overlap like this plays, looks and flows... let's say... not good
    00:37:865 (2,3,4,5,6,7) - ^
    00:47:667 (4) - shorten down by 1/4, move it on 00:47:778, then add note at 00:47:667
    00:49:784 (5,6,7,1) - these 1/4 feel too straight (5-7) and too edgy (7-1)
    00:55:687 (1,2,3,4,5) - again, please don't use sliders on blue ticks that much and less kicksliders on red ones
    01:12:396 (9) - sooooo straight slider, breaks the flow imo, please add a sliderpoint like this

    01:22:755 (3) - please move it a bit more to the right, keeps flow better

also, there were some sliders which weren't totally symmetrical on the axis they were "mirrored" on, please check your sliders for that and make them more symmetric

Quite honestly, I was about to rage as you were asking a star for a mod which I thought is absurd especially if it's not worth at star...

So I got like AARAAAAAARAAAAAARAAAAAAA gRAAAA but then I played your map and it is very good actually.

Yeah as you probably guessed, I was looking for a mod lol. We have very different mapping styles and playing styles so this could be interesting... But good work on this ! The only detail that I stumbled upon is

[Normal] : 00:28:723 (4) - and 01:04:371 (3) - . These sliders are kinda eww looking (but the second is not that bad). It's purely esthetical though. You know if you want to fix it or not.

Have a star ! ~
