i get really really really really angry at this game, like way too much .. getting insane acc on every map and missing at the end it's way too irritating.
I play with SuddenDeath mod all the time, and strive for 100% Accuracy. Which is why I often intentionally misses either the very last note or just the note right after the one where I got 100 or 50; or simply rape the "Retry" button.
EDIT: Also, I happen to always hover my cursor to the middle of the window when it comes to Breaks. This is because I sometimes play with Flashlight mod, and you can get a full bright view of the storyboard, video, and/or background image if you do it. I now always do it even without using Flashlight mod.

if i'm having a good osu! session i hold my piss all the way. i will NOT go to the toilet until i feel i'm done (or if i can't hold it in anymore)
if i dont succeed a map the first time i play it i usually leave it unless i really like the map, no matter how easy the song or how stupid the mistake.
I only use Mouse on Osu and Taiko modes.

I always use Z + X in taiko for the slider and N + M in taiko for the notes..
and sometimes my hand in ctb could move by itself when I'm too worried..

I cant be doing nothing during breaks. Mostly I keep pressing buttons to the beat even though there are no notes.
Everytime a break on the song comes in I press F8 and F9 repeatedly.
My weirdest habit I have in osu! is failing maps with high drain rate and accuracy.
I play CTB. My weird habit is when there is a jump, I press down the keys really hard and jump out of my seat.
When playing with mods I always miss one of the very last notes.. That's so annoying orz

that reminds me of a bad habit I was about to develop a few months back: every time I played, I started breathing manually.
When spinning with my mouse,I tend to lean forward causing me to miss several circles right after the spin but not anymore.
- Pressing space key from time to time during the song
- Getting nervous while being close to the end of the beatmap
- Getting very nervous while being spectated

I refresh the osu! Forum ten times, even I know nobody wrote something new.
I always miss near the end when I have 100%
I lift my chin up when spinner comes, because for some reason I can spin faster that way. 
I always look at my accuracy and how much time the map has left.

My first try is almost allways the best one, then i start playing worse and worse if i didn't fc it in the first 5 tries, and i start missing earlier everytime, till i miss in the first notes, that usually makes me rage a bit too much cause i don't find how it makes sense at all.
I find it hard to tell when to use a single mouse button and when to alternate. High BPM I always alternate and low BPM i always single tap but it's those ones in between where it's hard to judge
When I play CTB, I always look at the accuracy bar and I end up retrying the song bec. of not looking at the notes and sliders. n.n

I got extremely nervous at the end of a map with fast BPM, with that my hands start to shake._. And that often causes a miss or break of combos..

when i lose i just press escape and select quit instead of the fail menu loading. :/

I get nervous for no reason and fail a map. If I'm not even trying to pass the map, I would do much better.
Sometimes when breaktime comes I leave for a few hours and then come back and finish the song. During streams, if they're slow, I just tap with my tablet pen because I can feel the rhythm better that way, but if it's too fast for me to tap I just mash x+z/tapping
also sometimes i tend to just push my mouse to the top-right corner without any reason (WHY?!)
I force myself to play with the mouse left handed when im really just right handed.

Only one weird quirk..?
1 - During breaks, mash ZXZX as fast as I'm capable of (regardless of whatever the map's speed is), while jumping between far points in the map's background image that can be "targeted" (like character's eyes, fingertips, etc), and if there are no points like this then just jump between the four corners on the screen in no particular order.
2 - When spinning, I raise my left leg until it touches the tablet's bottom, lean forward, and stay like that until I'm done spinning. Also while spinning, I scream "FIREEEE" inside my head, not in real life tho :p
3 - When playing multiplayer, after every spinner, quickly hit F8 and write how much I spun then F8 again and keep playing. I only type the shortest message possible i.e. for example "8k" without the "".
4 - If there's a slow part in a map relative to other parts of it, I jump to nonexistent places between beats. i.e. if there's suddenly a 1/1-1/1-1/1-1/1 section after a lot of 1/2s and 1/4s, I will a 1/1 -> 1/1 like a 1/2 -> 1/2 -> 1/2 with two jumps in the middle.
5 - If a repeating slider suddenly shows up and I'm not sure how to time it correctly (on very high bpm maps) I will just ZXZ the beginning of it before holding it down.
6 - I love playing maps that I couldn't clear normally with HalfTime. Dunno if this counts as a weird habit~. For example Lily - Scarlet Rose is really fun for me with HalfTime even though I have no chance to clear it normally right now :L
7 - If I'm still on 100% accuracy past the first 20% of a map, I will constantly be looking at the accuracy display, even though I know that eventually it will make me get a 100 in an unexpected spot.

I stick my tongue out to concentrate. I also twist my head sideways while spinning. I spin counterclockwise and tilt my head left
i hit retry for absolutely no reason,oh and i also having a hard time fcing a maps lol dunno why i always messed up at the end of the map

At the end of a song I click the eyes of the background character, or any round object when there is no character, or their eyes are closed.
Heart racing like running away from demon when my life in osu is almost depleted playing a songs which barely can pass. If pass then i rest a while, but when i resume playing the mouse feels like extremely heavy to move...

1. I dunno whether this should be called "habit" or not, but physiologically, my palm's always getting sweaty so it REALLY REALLY REALLY annoys me when i play a long beatmap. I think this is one of the biggest handicap for a mouse-only player like me T__T

When I stream over 240bpm or if I'm not warmed up and do long 200+ bpm streams my shoulder seems to dislocate causing some really bad pain when I move after streams. I have to slowly lift my hand in an upward direction during breaks breaks to prevent the pain.
When I play, I apparently move my lips like I'm saying random words.
If I'm playing a really fast song and there is a spinner I will spin up until I hit the spinner threshold and stop after that so I never get extra points.
I have some sort of mental block on certain songs where I can't hit any notes on certain parts.
If I try to FC a map and I break on about 10 occasions in one sitting I will always retry over a single green; Furthermore if I'm trying to pass something I struggle on and I fail it enough times I will start restarting the map every time I miss.
If I'm in multi-player I press tab until I can see the "scoreboard removed" text, this usually makes me fail if it doesn't get removed because I start spamming tab.
I do trick jumps even if no one is speccing me.
I like to make it appear as if my cursor is lagging by waiting until the last second to move it on slower maps or 1/2 parts of maps.
If I feel like I'm doing bad I always check to see if I have vsync on.
I always change maps if someone speccing doesn't have the map.
I will never download a map if I don't have it while speccing.

that moment when you almost FC'd a song, get specced by people (far/at least) better than you and then you got nervous and score random miss(es) making you rage
I tend to always end a stream with my index finger (which i also use the initiate streams), even if the stream ends on an even number.
Also i get nervous when I'm about to do a good FC, or while under pressure (specs, multi etc)
And last, I regrip my mouse way too much, between notes as well when i think i have time. most stupid thing as it often results in a miss.

I like to grind for FCs on songs I couldn't FC when I'm awake, when I'm half asleep and can barely see the notes. This is also normally accompanied by spinning when there's no spinners.
