The BG seems to be too contrast, it's rather hard to see the White approach Circle for first few play, maybe darken the BG a Leeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeetle?

Another & Hyper Diff are about the same in difficulty, and in star rating, Hyper's higher. Another is usually insane, and Hyper is usually hard. Maybe make the Hyper easier?

Some of the part is too quiet (Those 30%'s), you should increase the volume to the point where its audible enough in gameplay.

Oh man I'm starting to feel that I need to fix the hitsounds, since I'm not liking it now from time to time. Modders please have a check on my hitsounds and tell me if I'm hating this correctly rofl. (Specifically the [overuse?] of whistles, play it on taiko, watch what happens on the kiai)
