Once you see it one way, it's really hard to switch to seeing it the other way. Something that sort of works for me is staring only at the foot that she's pivoting on. Stare really really closely at it, and try blinking a few times, and you might see it going the other way.

As kit said, staring at the feet does work. You have to close your eyes or cover them, do so for 10 or so seconds while conceptualizing in your mind her feet are spinning counter clockwise rather than your previously believed notion of clockwise, then reveal her feet followed by her entire form. It takes a while though.
If you don't close your eyes and imagine otherwise, you won't make the switch as you'll continue to think clockwise.
