Well, I think I can safely mention http://www.animexx.de. I also often browse Danbooru for anime/manga (fan)art, but not only does it also contain NSFW stuff, the ads make it pretty much NSFW by default even when the pictures aren't.

A while ago, TV Tropes was one of my favorite sites, but that's pretty much over and I can't see that changing anytime. Hell, I feel kind of bad that I'm still there at all...
