I have not written hitsound mods for Hard & Insane because they are minor and you might not follow them.. If you followed Easy/Normal it's almost the same parts ><
Consider raising volume by 10~15%? (Maybe it's just me, but I like to hear sounds when I hit notes, it's really soft here)

00:16:257 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,1,2,3,4) - for this one remove all whistles and add whistles at every 2nd downbeat. i think it sounds a lot better than every whistle at every 1st downbeat.
00:24:932 (4) - extend this slider till 00:27:462 to follow the vocals a lot accurately.
00:33:607 (1) - either replace the whistle for a finish, or add a finish with the whistle. you'll hear the sound of the cymbals if you listen carefully.
00:56:558 (1) - do Ctrl+J and make this slider symmetrical. it flows a lot smoother from and to the notes IMO.
01:02:613 (1) - remember what i said about not putting spinners this close on easy diffs? this would surprise beginners as the spinners spins immediately once the note is hit. set it to the red line so that you give a bit of time for beginners to get ready.
