- 00:42:888 (1,2) - These combos are kinda inconsistent to your hard and insane for no apparent reason (that I can see). New combo on 2 would be a good thing to keep consistency. (you actually did this "correctly" here: 01:30:721 (5))Considering the velocity change, I really need to have new combo here. Consistency...hmm, I wasn't worrying about that much, cuz only a few ppl would play normal then hard and notice the difference, lol...I'll change if you want me to.
- 00:48:055 (1,2) - Similarly to the above (except that you used same comboing in Hard, which I already described as "wrong" haha), new combo on 2 would be a good thing to keep the consistency.Vocal things...thought it looks better with a new vocal part.

For variety, try making a repeater out of it and reposition it so it goes nice with the upcoming notes? Like this. You can, for example, swap 00:38:043 (1) and 00:40:043 (4) (and later on the blue combo 1 and 3 too), and slightly reposition them to avoid all possible issues.
