Let's be honest: I only came here with my somewhat limited modding skill because of this (so this is... uh... a M4M, I suppose?) 8-)

*Note: Gold ones are a must-do. Yes, I'm playing with my avatar. Everything in red are things that look awkward to me (subjective suggestions; you can follow my lead here or not); everything else are rants and minor suggestions to make things look cooler.

Difficulty Settings and Song Setup
Really long maps, like for example marathon maps must have a lower HP drain rate because, filling the HP bar depends on the length while draining the HP bar isn't dependending on it and drains faster as it is filling, so it is much harder to fill the HP bar in long maps.
Taiko HP drain rate -> 3 ~ 4 is much more reasonable

- Is (Anime Song Medley) really part of the title or can it be removed?
- HP Drain -1, maybe? Only because it's a marathon and dying at any point of a marathon is not fun.
00:18:895 (6,7,8,1) - Not sure why this is spaced like this. Maybe move (7,8) out from under (6) to make it more readable and to make the jump from (8) to (1) less extreme.
02:14:832 (6,1) - I think this spacing is sort of confusing, a player might accidentally hit (1) too early. Unstack these, perhaps.
02:35:145 (1,2,3) - This circle could probably look nicer.
03:10:145 (1,2) - Due to (2) not stacking under (1) and being placed directly under the reverse arrow, this pattern is nearly impossible to read on Hidden. Try to move (2) somewhere else.
04:16:395 (3,4) - Could you adjust this pattern slightly so it doesn't overlap? It would look a bit better.
05:07:645 (4,5) - Try to have the end of (4) and (5) not overlap?
05:08:895 (3,1) - I think this spacing could be confusing, especially because one could assume they're supposed to hit it like 05:07:645 (4,5).
05:59:207 (1,2,3,1) - Really strange spacing, please make it more readable.
06:04:676 (1,2,3) - Sorry, I think this is too confusing... try something similar but without back and forth stacking.
07:12:645 (1,2) - Stacking (2) under (1) would make more sense in terms of spacing and consistency.
07:15:770 (3,4) - These might be overlapping a bit too much, it could be a bit more playable.
07:54:051 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - Don't agree with this part, it's possible to hit (1) too early and the spacing makes the whole combo tough to read.

A taiko mod would be great if you haven't gotten one already. Please respond with what you did/didn't fix to make re-checking a bit easier and forum PM once you're done. That took a while.

thumbs.db files are still questionable for me.

thumbs.db is a system file which is created by windows automatically, and cannot be removed while there's any image in the folder (system will revive it if u delete it).

Not true. windows creates it for fast preview pictures.
If you use type of showing without preview, you don't need in this file.
More than that, function of creation this file in folder can be disabled in Windows.

Btw, how many ranked maps did you see with thumbs.db inside?
unfortunately, i don't have an opportunity to explain how to make it, cuz i use another version of Windows.
