There's inconsistency in Kiai Times.
The problem it's in the [Silver] difficulty: 1st Kiai should start at 00:20:996, not at 00:20:997, and It should end at 00:46:949 like in the other difficulties, not at 00:46:942. 2nd Kiai has to end at 02:30:733, not at 02:30:726.
There's inconsistency in tags too. Add to [Platinum] difficulty tags "shanghai alice of meiji" instead of "shanghai alice meiji".
