- I believe this is the only diff to use slider tick sound so this is why I didn't put this in General. You should consider making the slider tick sound quieter (audacity or other audio editing programs) since first of, the default slider tick sound is a really quiet sound, the second, similar to storyboard hitsound, you aren't really playing the note or atleast pressing a key to hit it so to have a hitsound which is equally loud as the hitsound that appear when you hit it, feel rather weird. I highly recommend to lower the volume of the slider tick sound.
See nothing wrong, since mats already modded this, I assume the kick sliders are fine. Just feel hitsound is a bit strange at the beginning and end due to tick sound. If for whatever reason you decide not to lower the volume of tick sound. Here's some things I feel you should atleast change.

01:03:795 (2,3,4,5,6) - This doesn't really work, clap is much louder than whistle so when you decide to use whistle over clap, you are really make a note emphasized and since the music doesn't do this, it plays weird. The hitsound should be something similar to what I suggest for 00:59:567. I'll list them just incase

The drum in background is doing this bass > snare > bass > snare so best way to represent this with hitsound is whistle > clap, when you do two claps, you're suggesting that the music is doing snare > snare, when it's just repeating the same rhythm. also since the singer is singing in 1/1, when you do clap like this, it feel like she changes rhythm or something when she didn't. Won't mention anymore, since they don't really annoy me that much.
Map look quite nice, but the way claps are done really distract me. Personally for this song, do whistle for bass sound and clap on the snares/drums, as simple as that.

- Claps... please apply suggestion that I gave in Hard here. Actually I'll include an attachment with what I think you should do with hitsound. Use it how you want.
After changing the hitsound, map plays a lot better for me and is quite fun, notice some patterns that didn't play well through.
00:21:522 (3,4) - Please ctrl+R them, the jump to (5) is too big and doesn't play that nice for me.
00:22:749 (x) - Should have a hit circle here, put whistle on it. I recommend not doing jump on it, so something like this

Not confident to give star since I'm not of the hitsound in Hard & Insane and Insane has some patterns which doesn't play well for me. If you fix or try to fix everything, I can recheck and star if you want. Remember this is just my opinion, I notice quite a few people like the map as is so if you don't agree, you don't have to change anything.
