Overall a very nice map, if a bit repetetive at times.

Normal
00:37:04 (2) - Move up 1 grid to make the end look nicer with (1)
00:46:51 (6) - I think this sounds good with a finish
01:06:64 (6) - Down one grid looks better methinks

Hard
00:11:39 (5) - Up 1 grid maybe
00:31:91 (4) - Down 2 grids to line up with (1)
00:46:51 (1) - It's kind of hard to tell that this is a slider...

I didn't find any errors in this map but, like minyeob said, you should add some streams or stacks in the hard difficulty. Btw it's a nice map, so i'll star it ^^

This difficulty is a bit boring. Try not to be too linear with the map. "Square" maps aren't that fun. D:

00:09:22 (1) - Put whistle on each end individually instead of the whole slider. The slider-slide sounds horrible.

This difficulty is way more fun :)! Nothing else I can see wrong, very well made, especially for your first map. Star :D!

No difficulty specific errors.

Timing:
BPM:152.000
offset: I'm not 100% sure about offset, but it feels a bit late. You might recheck yourself if my suggestion fits: 1.127ms (change by -4ms)

Resnap, recalc and recheck afterwards of course.

time sections:
Realign time sections so that they snap to the time marks.
Hitsound sections are recommended to start a bit before (1/4 or 1/8) the first beat of the new sound section to prevent this beat having the old sound on a misstimed hit.
BPM affecting sections as well as Kiai Mode sections are supposed to be spot on though.

Btw: Tags are seprerated by a simple space (don't use comma/point). You might also add Tags to Normal.

I like the placement of claps.
@background: not "Dremas", but "Dreams", I guess. Seriously, it's worth fixing.

Normal:
For me - too small circles or too big distances between them. But it's just my opinion.
00:39:41 (1,2,3) - weird. Maybe change it? Or at least remove hitsounds at the end of first two sliders.
01:23:23 (1) - this huge slider is ugly.
01:39:02 (1,1,1) - remove hitsounds, it sounds scary.
02:04:28 (1,1,1) - ^

Hard:
I don't like curveless sliders.
00:03:10 (6) - I'd remove repeat.
00:19:67 (1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3) - the song is not as fast as this.

Normal is ok. Didn't notice anything weird with any of the two difficulties (even listening to them at slower speed) but you should definately rename Hard to Insane, even if you don't make an intermediate difficulty later.
Such amount of jumps and speed changes don't belong in Hard that I know of. But anyway, your map, your decision.

Still get some star.

Not bad for mapping newbie, but the song's a relatively quiet one, so I suggest you not to use so many finishes and claps, just make them follow the song naturally, and everything will be ok.

Also, I found triplets don't fit in this song, so I removed most of them, leaving only one in my modified map.

Be sure to rename your background picture and reupload. Such names are regarded invalid by BATs.

The spins are just right in the middle of things. You should at least have some sort of pause after one to get into position.

Overall:
- Either add a custom sliderball or force default skin. The sliderfollowcircle alone will look weird on some skins.
- Don't place timing sections that change only volume/sample directly on notes. if you do, the player will get the wrong sample if he clicks too early. You don't need to do that, but it's preferred.

Hard:
02:17:70 (1,2,3,4) - Just saying, those sliders don't all move in the same angle, soo... yeah, if you want to change that, it'd look better. You don't need to do that.

The song is a sleeper~ the hitsounds you added makes it nice~ but still... nazi~

The timing is off by at least 30ms near the end.... So I can't say the clean 152BPM is right (offset is fine though..)

Normal-
00:01:12 (1) - I don't like the Finish hitsound start
00:04:28 (1,2) - What I'd do instead -> have 1 with only 1 repeat, 2 start on 00:05:46, with one repeat, and add a single note to 00:06:64, just my thoughts on it though~
00:26:38 (1,2) - have new combo on the 2 instead and have 1 on last combo?
00:34:28 (1) - I say remove this finish hitsound
00:43:75 (2,3,4) - remove claps from 2,4 and add to end of 3?
01:06:64 (7) - just nazi~ move a tad bit higher to have end directly under 1 (with grid snap off)
01:42:17 (1) - a tad bit right without grid snap or just a tick right with grid snap
01:53:22 (4) - maybe have the slider side up, so doesn't touch the 2?
02:06:05 (1) - end one repeat sooner?

I noticed the map flows in a 3x3 square most of the time~ and theres lots of nazi-able alignments, not that it matters too much anymore

01:42:57 (2) - make a vertical reflection of 1
01:47:70 (3) - not the same distance from 2 as 1 is
01:54:80 (1,2) - align 2 with the end of 5 and make 1 a vertical reflection of 2
02:02:70 (1,2) - make them have the same slope
02:08:22 (3) - make a vertical reflection of 2
02:09:01 (1) - make a horizontal reflection of 2
02:18:88 (4) - align the end of 4 with the end of 1

I noticed there were quite a few times in your song where you did not align notes with sliders. Since some of these seemed to be on purpose, I did not mod it. If they are not on purpose, I can go through the song and point them out ina second mod.

Normal - 01:39:01 (1,1,1) and 02:04:28 (1,1,1) really throw me off. I think it'd be much more intuitive to cut one of the repeats from the first slider (and move the following sliders earlier, and add one more repeat to the last one), see the timeline in this screenshot for what I mean. Try that and see if it feels better to you. If you prefer it the way it is, you don't have to change it.

Other than that, I didn't have any real issues with the map.

Ok this is a version of hard with some new hitsounds. I didn't change anything except the sounds. move the normal_hitwhistle to the folder and the difficulty. You can keep it if you want, if you do, be sure to change the difficulty name to hard and full submission!

A lot of these jumps I'm fine with. These ones, I'm not:
00:31:12 (2,3) - A bit too jumpy, I find.
00:55:99 (1,2,3,4,5) - The strange pattern would be alright if it weren't so jumpy.
01:29:34 (11) - Replace this with two hitcircles.
02:15:33 (1) - Move this closer to the hit before it.
02:28:35 (6,1) - Replace these two with a slider, or at least do SOMETHING. Otherwise it's very hard to see the slowdown coming.

Timing is ok.

- Normal:
01:39:01 (1) - remove a repetition, then do "reverse selection" (Ctrl+R)
01:40:00 (1,1) - move 1/2 before and fix hitsounds
01:40:59 (1) - you can leave it as it is or make it bounce one more time (if you followed suggestions above)
01:42:17 (1) - if you follow my suggestion, you'll have to fix this and maybe some more things after it (maybe you can make the end at the same spot and moving the beginning)
02:04:28 (1,1,1) - here, same thing, anyway as i said, it's your choice (IMHO my suggestion is more playable :P)
02:28:85 (1) - please no, this is a big mistake. move it 2 or three squares aqay from the 5

- Hard:
Awesome, that's my only comment. Just a few suggestions:
01:54:02 (5) - move it a little closer?
02:07:84 (2,3) - move 1 square up?
02:19:28 (5) - same as 01:54:02 (5)

I really think the map fits the song very well.

Why do you have different offsets for each difficulty?

Offset: 1,140 ms (+10)

[Hard]
00:33:10 (1,2,3) - Scrap the jump. Not really fitting.
00:39:81 (3,4) - ^. You might have to change the whole pattern on this.
01:16:91 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - Ahh, the very static "rectangle" pattern. Please reposition the notes. They're fugly to look at.
01:26:78 (4,5) - Add an extra hitcircle after (5). They sound... lacking.

00:44:56 (3) - Not distance snapped. Align with (2), thus aligning with (4).
00:46:13 (5) - Put in the middle of (4) then horizontal flip. Should be distance snapped after that.
00:46:53 (6) - Adjust with above.
00:47:12 (1) - I would replace this with a note and a short pause.
00:56:79 (7,8,1) - You're changing distance snap to 1x here right?
00:57:98 (1) - End where 00:56:79 (7) starts.
00:59:95 (5) - Not distance snapped (1x).

01:09:82 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - Align to be centered, i.e. one grid space to the left.
01:09:82 (1,2,3) - Align. Align the end of (3) with 01:12:19 (1).
01:21:27 (4,5,6) - Space evenly.
01:25:21 (2,3) - Align.
01:33:50 (1) - Move a smidgen to the right so the end is aligned with (2).
01:35:48 (5) - Move to it starts at the end of (2).
01:36:27 (6) - Move down to align with the end of (5).
01:50:48 (2) - Replace above 01:50:87 (3).
02:09:03 (1,2,3) - Move so the end of (3) is above 02:07:45 (1). This of course aligns the two sliders.

01:33:90 (1) - Don't like where this Finish is...Maybe it's in a correct area, but I just forgot your style (Since I did take a quick break xD)
01:39:03 (1) - Remove 1 repeat.
01:40:02 (1) - Move 1/2 back.
01:40:81 (1) - Move 1/2 back and add 1 repeat.
02:04:29 (1,1,1) - Same for here.
02:26:00 (4) - Move 1 right on Grid Level 3.

[Hard]:
02:00:35 (5) - Fix bugged slider.

There's way less stuff on [Hard] since...well...I kinda had fun on Windows Character Editor. xD

You mayyy need an easier difficulty. If I'm bored and you don't mind, I can make one. Otherwise, let's see what happens.

Just a little nazi modding:

Normal
01:05:48 (4,5,6,7) - Align 4 with the end of 7 (or the other way around)
01:08:63 (4,5) - Align 5 with the end of 4
01:37:85 (2) - Try to make this symmetrical
01:43:77 (1,2,1,2) - Align the last 2 with the end if the first 1
01:51:66 (1,2,3,4) - Make 3's end be into the central line too
02:08:24 (3,4,1) - Align 3's end to the others
02:09:82 (3) - Make this symmetrical
02:12:58 (2,3) - Align 2's end with 3

Okay, that's all. I wont mod hard because i'm too tired. Just try to make things symmetrical, and for that you'll need to turn GridSnap off.

Overall:
Either force default skin or add following images to your custom skin:
"hitcircle.png"
"hitcircleoverlay.png"
"spinner-background.png"
all the "sliderb0/1/2etc..png"s
You can take each of them from the templateskin if you must.

If you look at one slider at 50% on the Editor, one image of the sliderb sequence is messed up. But I can't tell which one... Maybe recolor them again? (With the exact value of hue or whatever you use)

It's floating in the air because the image has so much transparent space. Try to adjust it correctly so it shows up WITHOUT the transparent space on the bottom while playing.

It's not that bad for sure. There are always really low votes no matter how good a map is. I 9'd it myself, so I like it a lot.
