no, may of this year. Map wasn't finished until April, and that map was ranked at the same time.

Player can delete SB elements and skin to play this map with approachcircle, so this might be unfair to the player who play this map in what it suppose to. Unless osz2 coming

I find it easier to play without the approach circle.

I don't see any reason why this shouldn't be approved. I though the original purpose of the approved section was for non-standard maps that are fun anyway. Lots of work have been done here and it should be rewareded

Well hidden removes the approach circles (which I have already done) so hard rock just flips it. Thus you essentially have to play this map on hidden. It's no different from playing a normal osu map with irregular spacing and strange blue bars distracting you and also happen to pass x axis at the right time you're supposed to hit that note.
I agreed that Hardrock really ruin this map, but this is not a valid reason make this one unrank.
Plus there is no such rule or guildeline talking about it, I think it will probably be OK.

skinning out the approach circle is probably enough for it to be denied. That's likely the only "unrankable" thing, though if this were an osu map it would be horrible, and shouldn't be ranked (again). I'll actively push for approval when newrules/osz2 comes out, or I get 1000 stars. We're almost halfway there.
