I don't think all of the breaks in the beginning are really necessary, since they are so short. If anything, remove the breaks and lower the HP drain rate by one notch imho. done

Also, this is more of a personal gripe, I think the hit circles should be just a tad larger for easier difficulties. i thought it seemed fine with the hitcircle size it had, since i didn't want it to seem too crowded, but it doesn't seem too bad with bigger hitcircles, so done
