01:12:540 (3,4) - If you spaced out 00:15:521, space it out here as well for consistency, or if you really want a "hold" feel, then use a slider instead. same reason as 00:15:521.

01:33:782 (1,2) - I suggest a slider since (1,2) follow piano sound while (3) doesn't have piano sound, so by doing this, you distinguish between the two. Rhythm is also slightly hard to follow as (2) is on a red tick. I think that this suits.

Those 1/2 stacks :/, I highly recommend for future map to try and not use them, they're hard to read since the approach circle are close to each other and I have seen beginners/casual player miss parts where there are 1/2 stacks in multiplayer so consider it.
