Not sure about using ~ characters on diff names, better remove them in case they cause trouble.
OD/AR = 9 looks better for me.
When you're jumping back and forth it's safe to keep all notes in the same combo.
01:20:303 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13) - Increase the Overall volume of this stream, i wanna know what im hitting (specially at the start)
Would be better if you had more variations in the rythm, but all the time it's either jumps, or triplets separated by single notes, or streams, which can get quite boring fast.

Kinda good, but still feels that the difficulty of this map was kind of forced, i'd just suggest make this diff a little harder and include an Easy diff, it would balance out better your diff spread because you have 2 Insanes and a Hard.

You definitively should get more mods in here before asking for a MAT/BAT to check your map, Good Luck!

01:25:442 (3,4,5) - Suggesting a repeating slider for reasons that I've mentioned before, but if you want to keep it to make the parts at kiai time a bit more intense, I guess it's fine.
01:30:582 (3,4) - Slider instead, nicer to play for the next note as the slider "finishes" the combo.
01:35:079 (4,5) - ^ same reason, to "finish" the section.
01:49:535 (1,2,3,4) - Would prefer a hexagon/star shape http://puu.sh/8FbV.

As you can see, I don't like box/straight patterns. Main reason why I want you to simplify all those pattern is that this is the easiest diff. It's quite nice through, don't worry too much about the long mod for Normal.

- I just point out some jumps which doesn't really make sense/feel way too sudden.

00:27:299 - 00:29:708 - Stack > jump > stack > jump.. Doesn't play too well. And nothing in the music really suggest such a big jump (2.88x-3.62x). Rework this part.
00:58:619 (1,2,1,2,1,2) - The jumps between each combo doesn't really make sense and doesn't play very well.
01:01:189 (1,2,3) - 4.5x jump... It play better then the above pattern, but still, it doesn't play that great.
01:02:153 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2) - I don't feel like I'm following the music at all with this pattern and constant 2.5x jumps isn't that nice.

There are also other jumps which I don't think fit as well, but I didn't mention as they play well enough. Overall, I feel the main problem is, you're following the instrument too much and constantly reusing patterns and I feel they're lot of random jumps. Because of this, I couldn't really feel the flow of the song. Since there is vocal, I suggest reworking all parts where there is vocal and follow the vocal more. You can still follow the instrument, but build your patterns around the vocal. If you can do this, I'm sure this diff will be much better.

01:25:442 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - Make it like the previous box patterns http://puu.sh/8Fgw and make (5,6) a slider. Play much better.

Similar issues as Ma~Ji Majikaru~ Magical~.. Especially at ar 9, don't make unexpected jumps like at 00:49:464 (1,2). Keep jumps like this when the music really calls for it.

Well, I can't really mod Ma~Ji Majikaru~ Magical~ & merc2004's Magickal since the map in theory is fine, but in term of flow and how fun it is, it isn't too good. I understand why you're following the instrument, since if you aren't, why map to the remix and not to the original version instead. But you really need to work on the flow and making jumps that play well and not to make the map harder.No star because of this. Your Normal and Hard is pretty good through.

Okay, I'm so sorry to say this.

The falling stars in the storyboard actually literally killed my eyes when playing in CtB because of the falling fruit and falling stars at the same time.
Could you, for the sake of CtB, make them go up, instead?
I'm so sorry, it was just so ridiculously funny when it happened. xD

But, in all seriousness, it becomes a real distraction in CtB, and I hope you reconsider it. ^^
