00:25:93 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - needs hitsounds

this is a bit difficult for a normal and also kinda boring and low on hitsounds. i dont know how you managed to make it both too fast for a Normal and boring at the same time.

Add preview points. Maybe at 01:17:07() - ? Make sure to set it for all difficulties.

Make the offsets consistent; Whymeman's Insane is 9ms later. That might be my fault. 713 sounds right to me.

I just noticed something..... the custom combobursts are not made for this map (like the 3 in the background: Sheryl Nome, Alto Saotome, and Ranka Lee). Just a thought to take notice of before anything...

im bad at the beat doesn't with the music, still , it plays smoothly
there is a advice i have to say, that is to say, use spinner at dah, i mean, match the voice, maybe will be better

I just can't find pics for comboburst.
Not saying we have to. Just something we could work on side with to add in before the map is ranked other than that, the map should be done.

01:04:46 (4) - I don't know what this slider's problem is. He's kinda cool, but he stands out a LOT because he's unique and strange. And he comes at an odd time, with nothing special happening in the song. Put in another slider like him somewhere, even if it doesn't repeat, or remove this one.

[Hard]
00:09:23 (1) - Because the map doesn't use 'barcode hitsounds', this loud finish seems out of place.
01:05:14 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3) - Difficulty curve's a bit weird because of this. The map could use more sections with big spacing like this.

[Whymeman's Insane]
01:42:30 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4) - The finishes here are kinda cool, but then they just disappear in later sequences. A bit more consistency or logic in the hitsounds around here would be nice.
Kiai is supposed to be "epic chorus" mode, not "spazz the fuck out" mode. I suppose you could cut the default BPM in half, and double the slider velocity so the flashing notes look nicer. Or you could put the kiai in the actualy epic chorus (if there is one), the "kiiiimi wa dare to kisu wo suru~ etc." part. I'd prefer that.
03:01:74 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - This ending still sucks. At least do something so the map ends one beat later.

I knew I was going to get a comment like that -_-

mattyu didn't seem to care much about how creative I used the kiai time than about making it set up just like the other map. I mean, does it REALLY have to be used in a normal way because I don't think there's an acual set standard to it as far as I know. It even looked better with just the fountains by itself when placed at the right time. I really don't want to try messing with the BPM too much either since it would me alot of remapping and respacing to make shape of the layout fit. And its the only most epic part of the map too.

I'll try to get an updated version of my difficulty as soon as I can. I'm currently on another computer :| ....

tieff: make an easier difficulty. The thing is, people who usually play these maps recognize the song from somewhere and a large majority of them are newer players. It's best to let them be able to play the map, too, otherwise it might turn them off of the game.

Note: I'm being a lot less nazi in this post because there's no real reason to be. I'm also being vague because I feel like it's your map, you should be able to be creative.

Normal:
-Why didn't you end the same place you ended in the other difficulties before the first break? It plays weirdly.
-The majority of this map has barely any hitsounds. To be honest, it's quite boring. I'm not going to tell you exactly what to add, since that'd be intruding upon your style. Just add hitsounds that make sense.
-02:51:16 (3) - THIS is one of the types of things that makes this borderline. Do you really think the average newcomer would be able to deal with that efficiently?

Hard:

Lets see....

for [Easy], there are a some things to check on...

1.) Extra timing marks

After the timing mark at 00:16:91, you have two more that are really not being used at 00:17:42 and 00:17:59. Another one at 00:25:94. Between 01:06:68 ~ 01:09:92, you have extra timing marks here too. And another extra one at 01:16:05. Last, after the final note at 01:36:17, you have unused timing marks. Though these are just minor problems, they could add more to the file size of the map, making it wasted space.

2.) Hitsound volume control

I noticed while going through the timing sections, the volume level was going up and down. Maybe you can try to set the volume to a solid level that isn't too soft but also not too loud for those that doesn't like loud music? (Maybe like 70% ~ 80%)

3.) The beatmap and timing

It feels like the map was a bit rushed. When you look at the some of the note placements, its kinda a bit unorganized (maybe its just me but I can't really say that much since its your style). Its not that bad, but might need some slight reshaping. Also, not sure about cutting the BPM in half since that would mean the timing doesn't match the other maps. Try adjusting the slider velocity rate instead to avoid complaints. One more thing, make sure to have both Source & Tags for all of the difficulties. (I noticed mine was missing the Source as well, so i'll also post in the update.)

-01:31:57 (3) - Reverse the hitsounds for the slider points (meaning the starting point has none and the endpoint has a Finish).
-01:33:44 (1,2,3,4,5) - Get rid of this stuff. Replace it with a spinner that starts on 01:33:105 and ends where 5 was; put a Finish on said spinner.

Normal:
-My comment about the boring hitsounds still stands. You have such long stretches without any hitsounds. Add them in. This isn't a suggestion.
*-00:40:76 (2,3) - Just a suggestion; try an echo effect on this.
*-01:56:62 (1,2,3) - ^

In fact, when it comes to the echo effect, try it on the other difficulties to see if you like them.
