Checking all the normal diff i realized there is a huge mislead spacing in 01:11:630, and i didnt notice till now :S

First of all, I love a lot of the skin elements. Could I please borrow some pieces for my own beatmaps? I'm working on one for "Katte Nakou ze!" and I'd love to use it there.

Now for my suggestions:

The spinner could use something in the foreground that makes it a bit clearer that it's a spinner. A soccer ball spinner would be perfect!

Easy
0:21:281 - End the slider on 5 a half a beat earlier.

Normal
0:18:412~0:23:108 - The positions are a bit awkward. Here's how I suggest you position 2 through 7 (use grid level 3):
1: x:256 y:64 (no change)
2: x:376 y:152
3: x:328 y:296
4: x:184 y:296
5: x:136 y:152
6: x:256 y:64 (same as 1)
7: x:376 y:152 (same as 2)
0:32:499~0:35:629 - Also feels a little odd. Try making a hexagon out of the orange 3 and the yellow 1~5. Here are my suggestions for yellow 1 through 5 (use grid level 2):
1: x:176 y:320
2: x:112 y:192
3: x:176 y:64
4: x: 336 y:64
5: x:400 y:192
Then nudge 6 downwards just a little (y:224 perhaps).

Insane (Disclaimer: This beatmap is above my current skill level.)
0:21:281 - The slider on 10 is ugly and awkward. Make it a normal U-shaped one.
0:23:108 - Move 6 to the left a bit. x:280 should work.
0:25:065 - Move 10 down.
0:43:194 - Move 5 and 6 down. Make the triangle equilateral. Try y:104.
1:23:629 - 3 and 4 are WAY too far apart. Move them closer together. Try 3: x: 336 y:328 and 4: x:176 y: 328.

Hey there, answering your request.

[General]:
  1. Timing: Offsets are a bit funky. Stuff felt mistimed.
    Settings I used:
    115bpm offset 702
    116bpm offset 6962
    115bpm offset 10083
    115bpm offset 11126
    115bpm offset 44503
    115bpm offset 77894
    115bpm offset 79996
    115bpm offset 84160
    114bpm offset 88284 - This one is required for taiko. I am not entirely sure about this one though. It felt kinda okay, but I had too much variations. It would be best that taiko had nothing mapped there, then it would be unnecessary, else this would have to be nicely timed. These timings did work somehow, but I am not too confident in this one. I could SS those 9 notes every time with OD8, but every try I had either slightly early or slightly late.

    The red ones are missing ones you don't have, rest are just slightly reconfigured.
    With these I rarely had a 100 on the map (I could SS it if I give it some tries hehe). If you don't trust these settings, ask a very experienced timer to help you, I think these work good enough though.
    It could be just me being bad, but I definitely had problems in insane with your current timings, so you could check them out with a BAT just to be sure.
  2. The custom 1 normal sounds are exactly the same as the default ones. This makes them redundant. Just use default normal set instead of custom 1, and delete all of these and do a full submit.
[Insane]:
  1. Note: I will be using my own timings for this diff because I checked the timing first. Some stuff may appear slightly different to you because of the timelines, but I hope you can figure it out.
  2. 00:10:343 (1,2,3,4) - These are a huge problem. Because the music is very strange here, they fall on these funny ticks. You probably shouldn't map these at all because they are unplayable. Try this: http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/153650 . You don't map the first parts of the voice because you just can't follow them unless you really know the song by heart, and then you just make a pre-note before the slider, because that's a "heavy" spot where the voice ends. The slider is this long because of the odd rhythm and is necessary for people to get used to the rhythm that follows. With this, I doubt people will have much trouble playing this map, while with your current mapped stuff, unless you really watch approach circles to the millisecond, or know the song by heart, you will be 100 or 50ing those stuff. Ofcourse, the slider placement is just random, but I wanted to make it clear so you understand it best, you can place it anywhere if you want.
  3. 00:49:720 (6) - This slider won't work. Usually, what I think is that when you are forced to map a slider tick in the highest diff, you're doing it wrong. Shorten it to 00:49:981 and then just map a circle at 00:50:111. This sounds the same, but it's much better because you aren't forced to use gimmicks to map stuff.
  4. some thoughts
    You should probably remove 00:01:484 (2) and 00:01:745 (3) and then instead of the slider 3 map 2 circles at 00:01:755 and 00:02:277. Also remove 00:02:528 (4). The reason is, those notes don't really follow the music, and would feel much better if you only had 3 notes with huge spacing, those jumps would be fun and it would sound better. Some other notes after these aren't exactly following the music either, but those are fine because they give you the sense of rhythm I guess.
[Hard]:
  1. 00:01:223 (1,2,3) - Refer to the "some thoughts" section in the Insane. Should probably do the same.
  2. 00:33:804 (1) - Remove this new combo and place it on 00:34:065 (2) instead, follows the music better.
  3. 00:48:412 (1) - ^, just place it on 00:48:673 (2).
  4. 01:05:108 (1) - ^, just place it on 01:05:369 (2).
  5. 01:06:673 (1) - ^, just place it on 01:07:456 (3).
  6. 01:19:978 (1,2,3,4) - Some inconsistent spacing. Also if this was intentional, then you should do the opposite, instead of using lower spacing for every note, use higher because that fits the song much better.
[Normal]:
  1. 00:10:978 (1,2) - I strongly suggest to make a slider out of these two. New players won't be able to hit blue ticks properly.
  2. 00:29:891 (1) - Remove this new combo and place it on 00:31:978 (3) instead. Also remove the new combo from 00:32:499 (1).
  3. 00:46:586 (5) - Perhaps a new combo here? Seeing as you had a new combo almost every stanza after here, this would make this section more consistent.
  4. 00:54:934 (4) - ^
[Easy]:
  1. 00:18:412 (2) - New combo here instead of at 00:17:891 (1).
[Taiko]:
  1. Maybe remove video from this diff? It looks ugly with it: http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/153678, check that black bar in the play area.
That's about it.
I find it surprising that a TV Size map has so many red sections, but meh, they need to be done.
Hopefully you respond to this with the changes you made!

lolcubes: I followed every instruction except the timing stuff and the normal sounds
Timing: I still need to be sure about this lots of red sections, I will try to get a BAT's opinion 'bout this.
Sounds: I didnt change them because on easy diff, there are still those slidertick claps, and I dont want to remove then. Also, if i only edit slider-tick.wav, it may inflict other players' playing skin (if it has other sounds). But if someone else insists to remove them, i will.

00:46:978 (10,1,2) - These two sliders seem to be slightly unsnapped, manually resnap them.
00:55:456 (3) - Slight overlap with the HP bar, here. HP bar overlap is avoided nicely for the rest of the map, so I'd just tweak this slider a bit and it'll look nicer.

[Ozzy's Taiko]
- This taiko felt very nice and not too hard. Good job, sir.
00:43:716 (1) - This spinner is really quite short, would it be possible to do this some other way?

[LuPiiTa's Hard]
- Kiai times are slightly inconsistent on this difficulty. Please resnap the kiai inheriting sections.
00:48:412 (6,1) - Putting a new combo under a stack makes the approach circles look sort of odd, (to me, at least) so I would advise moving (1) elsewhere.

[Normal]
- This difficulty would be more visually appealing without overlaps, and it's not much work to change them. Here's the list:
00:29:890 (6,7) -

01:12:934 (3,1) -


[Easy]
00:17:891 (4,1) - Same thing about new combos under stacks. Also, (in my opinion) the music at this point merits (4) and (1) being in different positions.
01:19:978 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3) - This pattern bothered me as everything was slightly off-center. Just move it a bit to the right and it'll be all good.

Small list of things that need to be fixed before bubble:

Kiai is still slightly inconsistent. You can see the problems here.

Due to your hitcircle overlay, you'll need to have a slider border colour as well. This is so people with (for example) a black slider border colour won't have the problem of it looking odd with your grey hitcircle overlay.
In order to change the slider border colour, open a difficulty, then go to File > Open .osu in Notepad.
Scroll down to the "Colours" section and type "SliderBorder: 213,213,213" without the quotes. (I picked 213,213,213 because that's the colour my image editor said was closest to your hitcircle.)
Save and repeat for all difficulties.

Lastly, see if you can get Doomsday/Lybydose/Cyclone to give you a final timing for this map. After all that, this should be good and bubble-ready (forum PM me when that time comes).

As for the BPM changes, they all seem just fine to me, they work. The only issue that I found at least, was that the timing in general sounded a little early. Adding +10ms to every section sounded better to me.

But that's all I got. On the whole, timing is pretty good.

My best guess is a small handful of people who play every newly-ranked map and then go "I can't FC the hardest diff so I'll give it a 1 out of frustration." If you look at recently-ranked maps, there seem to be a small handful of 1's on nearly every map. There's a correlation between the number of votes a map has and its rating, too. Looks like there are a few (around 10) people (jerks!) who have been giving nearly every newly ranked map a 1 right away, after which the rest of the players give fairly high ratings and gradually dilute out those initial 1's.

This map's been gradually drifting upwards in the past couple hours, too. When I first looked at it (about 2 hours after it was ranked), it was a 6.0. 3 hours later, it was a 6.4. Another 3 hours later, it was a 6.8. Now it's at 6.9. I predict it'll break 8.0 while the beatmap listing still says "needs X votes" (and it certainly deserves to).

Also, curse you Ozzy for making such a magnificently hard-yet-not-unreasonably-so Taiko diff. XD I just spent the last two hours playing it over and over before finally FC'ing it, because I knew I can FC it if I try, but I just kept picking up a couple misses each time.

Looking at the map, I actually don't know why.

Only about two parts have readability issues and... uh, maybe the 1/4 sliders during streams at random points? That's all I can tell, other than the map being a tad rectangular (which is normal for a first map)

Yeah this definitely deserves a higher rating. Either way, it's only at 52 votes so anything goes. (current rating is 7.8)

Finally this stuff got ranked, thanks guys for supporting me and to all who helped me to get to this point.
About the rating, i will not pay attention to that for now, i am just to happy i wont let that affect me :D
