03:40:858 (7) - hidden under (2), perhaps move it? Try moving (7), (8), and (10) up and right a little bit~ Fixed.
03:49:858 (6) - IMO this note is in a really unexpected position given the map and song, and that it's hidden under (2) Fixed.

I want this map to be enjoyable to as many people as possible, rather than an elite map for the best.

OD8 is okay for this speed I think, and since it's approval I guess it wouldn't hurt to have it a little harder.
01:14:144 (3,4,5,6) - feels unnessesary as the (5,6) jump doesn't fit the rest of the mapping style imo, maybe just use an anti-clockwise pattern that flows more naturally from (2) to (7)? http://puu.sh/62xY This is intentional because the pitch of the music is going down, and I wanted to emphasize it with the position of the notes. The pattern plays okay as well so I won't be changing this.

Overall good job with many really fitting patterns and very good hitsounds! Maybe I'm alone with the playflow thing because the "stop&go" feel (that annoyed me) might be intended but you know suggestions are suggestions

- It's a general crisis. I don't think I can specifiy which patterns are bad.
- You never considered that this has BPM 210. It's really high, but you used really harsh patterns that can't be read that fast to hit them properly.
- You just merely spread those patterns without considering composition that much. You might considered density of those patterns a bit, but as I already said, you ignored that this has really high BPM, so those density is just too high for feeling anything.
- This is 4-minute-long map. Does not need to be this hard for all 4 minutes.
- Even it will be approved, there is some kind of limitation. You absolutly overdid something. Nice hard maps will be remembered as special, but merely hard map will leave only frustration to players. It might be a temporal issue, but I guess you will know what will remain after that.
- You might call me as a noob, but what I felt was a mere irritation since I can't feel that I'm really 'playing' this map.
