Anyway, I just confused since there are so many ppl make the artist as Whiteberry and even have jubeat tag on it. So I thought I was wrong about that >_< will fix it. Thank you.

I guess you heard about it from xier, but I just wanted to make post here. That 'disappearance of last tick' in Taiko can't be fixed unless you hax .osu file. I guess it's some kind of 'hole' of mechanism of slider --> drum roll converting.
i think i just fixed it,
i just put the 'slider tick rate to 3'

@^: What? No. Slider tick 3 will make tick 1/3 or 1/6(depends on BPM. This time tick will be 1/6), that's not for this song, you'd better to revert it.

I will not make any change to guest diff besides the Preview time, guest mapper will check this out soon, and I guess he still has problem with the missing tick issue, do you have any good suggestions? Or help him fix it and post in this thread if you dont mind. I will really appreciate that.
