00:23:828 - Would definitely map this out actively in some shape or form. You could also turn 00:23:661 into a kickslider so that you're leaning into a denser rhythm for that "rising chord progression" thing.

01:52:334 (1,2) - for things like this, since I saw it in earlier parts, would be better as 3/4 or 1/2, feels a bit too fillerish for such a calm intensity section.
02:32:001 (4) - should be similar slider and overlapping on 02:31:334 (2) ? since new part start on 02:32:667 instead so would be great if u can still do the concept before new part start
03:33:995 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - #4806795 same here again.
That case could also be made for 01:17:995 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5,6) but I don't think it matters as much during an intermission-esque section as it does during the intro and outro of the map and song.
