00:59:299 - 01:07:434 - has maximum possible emphasis of the song in mind while also providing a unique structure for a unique part of the song that does not occur anywhere else. these whoosh sounds deserve the higher acceleration, similar to rocma's style, but in a way to how the rest of my structure in the map is laid out so its not unusual.
that's why I made it easier, relying more on density and not non-consistent snaps for the player that revolve around a form of luck.
could buff it but in my opinion this section of the map is unique and I am satisfied with how it turned out

as for visual look, it's subjective. spacings could help it, or perhaps more interesting patterning but i'm leaving section unless re-bothered

i'm also adding onto this because i think this section out of every other section is the one that is far most worthy of having 1/8 within it, emphasis of 1/8 double hypers could be wrong in some parts here which make it seem a bit wonky but this can be fixed to become more solidifed, so i will leave this stamp open

overall good difficulty, i would prefer more creavity and more movement in parts that should be harder, nerf others and fix stuff

nope, the connection with the 1/4 and 1/8 is not the best, you need to look for the pattern itself and the sound that starts developing here 01:47:731 (3) - because maintaining the current wiggles and entrance doesn't make too much sense

if you start the wiggle here 01:47:349 (1) - doesn't make sense because 01:47:095 (1) - has the same pitch as the start of 1/8 meaning that there is no point in making it 1/8 and also, could have more diversity during that part and starting the 1/8 wiggle at 01:47:731 (3) -
