In most of the Double Col places, I find those points emphasized and I think it should be left that way

Keeping singles for those 4th downbeat kicks since doubles are only every 1st and 3rd downbeat. Also, the 1/2 triplets are all arranged as minitrills so I want to avoid moving them around if possible.

Not entirely sure what you mean here but 02:14:726 - is a single and in a higher column than the double at 02:14:360 - for PR and 02:19:848 (139848|2,140031|6,140214|1) - is for the piano, I think simple 1/2 triplet will be ok for this diff.
