I don't have much difficulty hitting the trill and I'm not the best 7K player so I'll keep it for now but will leave open for others to add their thoughts.
As for 01:45:836 (105836|4) - , I'll also keep that as is just for playability and symmetry with 01:46:009 (106009|1,106009|5) -
I think that any 4k oriented player will hit the trill more easily than the stream, and that it's the complete opposite for any 7k main, especially LN players with no speed.
Now it's not only about difficulty: the fact the stream uses as much columns as possible makes it less intense to hit than a trill to me (would be the same in 4K: trill vs roll).
Also noticing 01:55:147 is part of the equation. I thought you could change the top diff to a trill, but then I'm not sure how you'd map the follow-up.

if you want to do trill, i think its better you just do it at the top diff instead. both diffs can use trill just fine but i felt using it only in 7k insane feels odd if you dont do it at top diff.
