02:07:816 (2,3) - reduce spacing by a bit to maintain consistency with 02:19:021 (1,2). normally i wouldn't care, but it sets the expectations for the rest of the patterns for every 8th beat in the kiai (i.e. 02:10:551 (4), 02:13:374 (4,5,6,7), etc.)
02:12:139 (2,1) - 02:12:845 (2,1) - would nerf these back n forth dashes just slightly to make it a bit more lenient cuz 1/4 hypers r pretty frequent here
