Technically the audio is fine but it got compressed a bit much. Considering that the two ranked sets have awful audios in comparison to this one, I'm inclined to believe that you can rip the audio properly again and compress it down to somewhere between 192-208kbps instead of 160kbps average.

We tried looking and I don't think there really exists a higher quality version of this song that isn't the remaster from 2011 that sounds way different and worse. Even the full version flac file from the STARCAMP EP where this was originally published sounds and is compressed asf so I think this quality is as high as it gets.

Yeah I looked more in-depth, couldn't a better quality either.
Posted the mod initially cuz I assumed the ogg was just poorly compressed by accident.

The first timing point misses the harp notes by a landslide and the offset on the 2nd one is ~7ms too late.
To hit two birds with one stone, put offset to -14 and address #4782459
