Regarding the synth at the beginning & end...
00:01:078 - & 00:04:278 - Could be deleted since the synth is sustained for those timestamps, so nothing should be there yet. Deleting those notes would also allow for a better spread progression between the Kantan & Muzukashii, as this difficulty seems to be more dense here compared to these two.
00:01:978 - & 00:05:178 - Could be moved 1/2 later to land accurately on when the synth is played. (00:02:178 - & 00:05:378 - respectively)
00:03:378 - & 00:06:578 - Could be made as kd instead of dk, to emphasize the different chord used in the background.
Repeat for 01:17:578 -
00:02:178 (6) - would delete this, 00:03:778 (12) and 00:05:378 (18) as to add contrast in density between sections
00:20:278 (65) - is this accidental? it is 1/4 behind what i think you are actually trying to represent, meaning this is snapped incorrectly
00:22:878 (72) - would delete this and move 00:22:644 (71) 1/3 forward so its more accurate to the melody
00:23:578 - I'd suggest making this ddkdk instead of dkkdk, otherwise it would clash with 00:21:311 - since you'd be using the same pattern for different sounds, even if they're using different snaps.
This change would also allow extra emphasis to 00:23:978 - , which seem to be stronger than 00:23:778 - & 00:24:178 -.
Actually I don't think 00:38:778 - needs a finisher, because it doesn't have a cymbal or finish sound associated with it.
Also, by having it D, it underwhelms the strength that the sound of 00:39:178 - has, due to this note and that note being the same (D).
To fix both, I'd suggest making 00:38:778 - k.
00:39:378 (131,132,133) - would actually delete these notes to have a 2/1 break (its currently a 74/1 lol)
00:55:778 (185) - would delete this as a 6-plet is quite excessive and adds contrast in density like i mentioned in my earlier mod
would also delete 00:56:178 (186) since the melody is doublet rhythm
00:58:578 (193) - deleting this will give a nicer effect as the main instrumental picks back up after pausing at 00:58:778
00:58:978 (194) - deleting this will be more accurate to the melody. same with 01:00:978 (201) (and when you do the second one, make 01:01:178 (202,203) kd pls)
01:01:978 - I think ddkdk or ddddk should be used here instead, as those would emphasize the pitch increase of the synth much more faithfully.
From my perspective, the current pattern doesn't really emphasize the pitch increase, but rather emphasizes a decrease of pitch, which would go against the song.
01:08:178 (224) - deleting this note will make the pattern more accurate to the melody and adds variety
01:16:778 (252) - delete this and move 01:17:178 (254) 1/2 forward for melody accuracy. (also not a fan of a 6-plet in this setting)
