Since the song is the liveplay so you need to omit the barlines. this is good for the gameplay to avoid so many lines displaying with the objects (skins can ignore lines but most of the players dont know how to do if their skins are not ignoring this):

please add "English" into tags . Language and Genre tags are necessary ones as the ranking criteria said

please set the hitsound volume to 25% if you're lazy to adjust it for every different parts (since the volume and intensity of every parts are different). this volume could be overall nice when i was checking under the condition of music and effect both 100%

this could be a very subjective i personally think would be a significant gain: remove all objects before 01:17:199.

since the part 00:09:640 - 01:17:199 was so long and the instrument there was being too faint. the most improtant reason from me is, personally, I don't think this section makes an effective build-up to the music that follows. The intro here is too barren.

You should omit first bar line for all timing point. You can see it under the kiai switch.
The timing doesn't match the beats and metre, but at least it works in terms of snapping notes. I am not sure if it qualifies for ranked.
