(l) 00:46:269 (1) - everything in this section seems to be following around 2x ds, so lowering this to 1.6 on a downbeat feels really out of place - i'd just suggest bumping it up to 2x to be consistent with everything else

01:01:430 (4) - you might want to change this into 1/1 circle here instead to give the player some rest otherwise having continues rhythm chains can be very draining

honestly just try to look at the general mod on hard diff and see if you can find any suitable circles to remove to support the rhythm chain usually calm sections 3-4 object per chain is good and chorus usually goes from 6-7 objects

(l) 01:52:237 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,3) - rhythm on the ending section feels a bit hard to understand, mostly because the most intense sounds (like on 01:52:721) are on sliderends

since you didn't map these in the insane (i missed that earlier :p), i'd just remove all rhythm that isn't in the insane~
