I don't believe this is overmapped, as you can hear 1/4 sounds on every tick at 01:06:508 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13) - etc., which support these patterns. They’re also not a long chain of circles or an extended stream, which would more accurately be considered overmapping.
The movement changes suggestion are a nice idea, but given the current structure of the section, implementing them would require a remap that isn't worth it, imo. As for 01:15:174 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12) - I intentionally made this different, since the melody repeats twice (01:05:064 - 01:16:619), and I wanted this "re-enter" stream to stand out, similar to how I handled the last one at 01:26:730 to close the map.
you can also notice that 01:15:174 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12) - is different not just due to the movement change but also because it has two 1/4 sliders at the end, supporting the idea I mentioned
