im ngl these sound fine as if not a little on the early side, as in the current ver. but a +20 really shifts it too much. I would say at least +8 to +12 at most but @HowRengar can weigh in their thoughts on this

I believe past usernames under which new year has ranked maps before is enough, but if they've ever made something notable under a different name, it should also be fine. Guess you can just wait for new year, whether they think that those usernames are important enough for tags or not
