It looks like a fairly standard 128 kbps export. It's not great quality but it's the best I can find without directly asking RuX, who I can't actually find a contact for to begin with

The maximum background size allowed by ranking criteria is 2560x1440, and this is too large horizontally. I'd suggest shrinking down your background a little bit
I'd also highly recommend including a background source in your map's description

HITSOUNDS - ❌
Although it's not against the ranking criteria, I would still strongly recommend adding a custom hitnormal sample to your map, so the map doesn't rely on skin hitsounds.
make sure you enable custom overrides too

OD/HP - ✔️
7.4/7.5 is good, but I think it would be nice to make your OD/HP match. World's most minor nitpick though. I'd also maybe suggest increasing your HP, as this is supposed to be an expert difficulty map
