btw for the preview point, can you place it 1/8 before the vocals? just to make sure it wont be cut off randomly. so like 02:06:601 after change is re-applied

the preview point is after the vocal right now cuz you didn't shift it when you changed the audio if im not wrong, causing it to not be what you intended originally so I'm asking you to move the preview point back some ms. site probably just hasn't updated to the current (weirder) audio preview yet

Your first note is placed before it able to hit it. This is because the osu editor does not work very well with offset 0.
To solve this you need to add a silence to your audio at the beginning. Let me help you with it:

Replace your current audio with this one
Change the offset to 1045
Shift all green lines 1045 ms forward. To do this go to Timing ==> Timing Setup Panel ==> Inherited Lines, press Ctrl+A and type 1045 in Move selected offsets by
1045 feels very late and when playtesting this in the editor i hit the notes about 12~14ms early.
Around 1033 sounds much more accurate imo.
I recommend that you reposition your background a bit so that the eyes and face in general of the left girl are visible during the game.
To do this, go to the game folder ==> open the .osu file with your difficulty ==> find the [Events] parameter ==> copy my message below and replace the values ==> save the file.
