(I'm not 100% certain on this so this is possibly subject to error or additions) This song is the 4th track of the album "Poyu Poyu Fever 1 & 2 Soundtrack" released by the label Wavemaster inc. (ウェーブマスター).
The title is also shown as "先生の授業ですよ" which is romanized to Sensei no jugyou desu yo but translates to "It's the Teacher's Class" (this is localized to Ms. Accord's lesson it appears but this is not super relevant since it's not the actual title of the song), This comes in the form of an in-game tutorial if I'm not mistaken.
This title however also appears on the "Puyo Puyo!! Original Soundtrack" as track 48 as its 20th anniversary.
tldr; unicode title I believe is "先生の授業ですよ" however the romanized title should be fine?
