I think this note need to be remove 00:10:453 (10453|2) - and this Ln 00:10:276 (10276|1) - should end here 00:10:631 according what you are trying to emphazise

00:11:518 - on many of the sounds like this (other examples include 00:12:939, 00:14:359, 00:17:199, etc.) theres a sound that ends on the red line so i'd suggest making one of the notes that's part of these chords a 1/2 ln (while keeping the original 1/1 ln)
