00:21:205 (29) - would personally move notes like these 1/4 forward and change colors as necessary to 00:21:313, as your main focus throughout the section right before is the guitar which feels better compared to the rather drowned out drums here

00:28:063 (63) - move this to 00:27:848, 01:29:777 (29) - same etc u get the point

I opted for dddK / kkkD type patterns on all of these spots. They are way more comfortable to play than my differing ones or your suggestion imo.

i mean yea if we talk about comfortability then for sure current is more comfy

00:29:455 - personally i wouldn't do a sv decrease here and just instantly drop the sv to 1x after the finisher because there isn't really anything in the music that suggests one here, ik u might have done this for a cleaner transition but i just feel like it's a bit off for something that feels so static in the music

i dont really think the resulting overlap is too bad/unreadable but u could tweak some values if u think it doesnt look good to instantly jump

same w/ inner if applied if not its fine

actually you did exactly what i suggested at 01:37:813, just that you removed the note right after the finisher, could do that here

Those 2 spots aren't really comparable since the SV pattern is different. In the latter one the slow down starts on the intense section and thus smoothens out. An instant drop in the earlier part just looks atrocious to me. I'll do an exponential decrease instead, that should work out.
