00:27:326 - 00:38:655
Since your main focus for this section is on the vocals, I would suggest removing the notes for kicks, which would be consistent with 00:29:704 - cuz you decided to follow the vocal on 1/3 instead of the kick on 1/2.
These are the notes I would suggest to remove:
00:29:704 -
00:32:991 -
00:34:669 -

after 00:38:026 - the notes should not be removed cuz switching the layer to drums make more sense to lead out this section.

---

If apply, make sure to make similar adjustments in
01:21:033 - 01:32:361
as well for consistency.

Just a reminder, all SV concerns mentioned in this diff should be also applied in oni as well.

Stuff like 00:15:363 - 00:17:042 - are quite questionable cuz the vocals are broken and not actually snapped on 1/2. imo the current 1/2s are not really fit with the song cuz there no drum or anything to follow.
If you want to follow the vocals, then I would suggest moving the notes to 00:15:416 - 00:17:094 - (1/8). Otherwise, I would suggest sacrificing the vocals and make some more focus on the drums instead by moving them to 00:15:573 - 00:17:251 - and so on

This also applys to other diffs

Last kiai
Chains like 02:55:014 - 02:58:370 - would be a bit overdone, consider removing 02:56:167 - 02:59:524 - and so on

Overall SV concerns
Your overall SV currently are too overwhleming. Not saying they are too fast, but the changes are too excessive.

Using part 00:13:475 - 00:26:902 as example,
The song is not like super calm here, using x0.5 is definitely too underwhelming. Usually I would use x0.9 for part like this, but x0.8 also works.

Here are my suggestions about adjusting SV for sections:
I. 00:13:475 - 00:26:902 x0.9
II. 00:26:902 - 00:38:65` x1
III. 00:40:328 - 01:07:181x1.1 or x1.2

01:07:811 - 01:20:608 -> (I)
01:21:028 - 01:32:356 -> (II)
01:32:356 - 02:00:888 -> (III)
02:00:888 - 02:14:314 +0.1 based on (II)
02:14:314 - 02:27:531 x1
02:41:167 - 02:53:335 x0.8 / x0.9
02:54:594 - 03:21:237 x1.2

Please note that the suggestions above are rough ideas about the SV for sections, not included some smooth SV like 00:52:286 - 00:53:755, so make sure to change these special gradually increase/decrease SV chain as well when applying this mod.
You can also buff the values above, but remember don't make the changes between them being too drastic

I find the coloring in the chorus sections to be quite counter-intuitive in a lot of places. Examples:
00:41:272 (8,9) - both drum and vocal pitch goes high->low, but notes are dk which suggests the opposite
00:43:055 (23,24,25) - the opposite is true here
00:46:202 (48,49,50) - again, ddk doesn't really fit any layer in the music imo.
and so on.

My opinion: it is fine to have some "inaccuracies" within longer patterns for pattern variety or comfort. The exception to this, however, are the first and last notes. Since the ends are very distinct / noticeable, it is much more important to match them to the music properly.

That being said, here are some suggestions of how you could change the patterns (main focus on vocals):
00:41:272 (8,9) - ctrl+g & 00:41:587 (10) - k
00:42:951 (22,23,24,25) - kddk & 00:43:475 (26,27) - ctrl+g
00:44:314 - dkkkddk
00:45:993 - ddkkk or ddkkd
00:46:832 - kkdkd or kdkkd
00:47:671 - dkkkd or kkdkd & 00:48:300 (63) - k
00:49:559 (74) - ddkkd or dkdkd
00:49:979 - kkddk or kdddk
00:51:132 (86) - kkdkkkddk or kdkkdkddk

idk. (my opinion) Although d is often used in other maps for quiet sounds, but according to RC rules - "Each note must have its color clearly distinguishable from the previous and upcoming notes", therefore, d is not always a quiet sound.

And as you point out in the moment here 00:41:167, I highlight d the loud vocal sounds and k quiet

Also 00:43:055, k - queit, d - loud

00:46:202 (48,49,50) same as 00:41:167

I think it depends on style of a mapper. I wouldn't mind hearing what other mappers have to say to see if my thinking is wrong or right

I'm focusing more on the type of sound rather than the volume level, usually at least.

When it comes to loud vs. quiet mapping, to me kat is far more distinguishable / stands out more. So k = loud & d = quiet would make much more sense for this approach imo.

01:09:069 (224) - in this section you kind of swap between following the vocals and the 1/1 drum beat in a way that feels unnatural / awkward to me. I'd rather you'd stick with the vocal focus overall:
01:07:811 - add d
01:08:650 - d
01:08:860 - k
01:09:069 - add k
01:09:279 - delete
01:10:538 - k
01:10:538 -> 01:10:748 -
01:11:167 - add d
01:12:846 - k
01:13:265 - d
01:13:475 - k
01:14:524 - add a note
01:15:993 -> 01:15:783 -
01:16:202 - add d
01:16:412 - k
01:17:251 - k
01:17:671 -> 01:17:461 -
01:17:881 - add d

I agree that the focus here should be more on the vocals, but I don't think changing colors and adding notes is more appropriate to solve this problem. The colors are currently changing to following vocals as it is, and on the ticks where there are vocals I've moved notes from places where there were no vocals
