00:15:538 - a bit underwhelming here as you didn't use jacks at all

00:35:038 - similar

permalink

Added 00:15:402 (15402|2) - and moved 00:35:174 (35174|2,35174|0) - to the left

00:19:015 (19015|3) - delete this. this is weird because there is no sound plus that the music feels like a sudden stop

permalink
permalink

I'm not sure what you mean since there is definitely a kick there.

permalink
Marked as resolved by Tropicar

i mean there is no specific sound on the blue tick

permalink
Reopened by _Yiiiii

its here for flow really not having the note here just gives you this awkward break

permalink

Just tried removing it and I think I agree with tails here, feels kinda weird

00:20:311 - 00:29:038 - 00:32:856 - how did you have the same sounds mapped in 3 different ways in the span of 20 seconds

Seems to be a recurring problem too so look out for this.

permalink

As for the first two, I've made them more consistent throughout all difficulties. But on the last example, I believe the patterning change is more justified. 00:32:993 (32993|6) - Beyond difficulty, for exmaple, has this being held until the clap for emphasis outside of chord density or jack usage.

00:21:265 (21265|4,21265|3) - prefer make these two wo rice cuz hears no LN sound? what dou you think about it

permalink

00:29:993 (29993|2,29993|3) - and other similar

permalink

You're right, but I really really prefer to maintain theconsistent visuals. I'll just go ahead and apply, also isolate the drums a little more to the right https://i.imgur.com/Cw7fpTJ.png

00:23:731 (23731|3,23731|4,23867|3,23867|4) - Not sure what rhythm this is representing cause if it's the synths, then 00:23:731 (23731|4,23731|3) - should be moved down to 00:23:595 - for the hooked 1/4 rhythm

permalink

Hi hats and synths jacking there, have them alternating isolated to one hand

permalink

I don't like you so I'm not going to apply this!

permalink

i dont like u either so im vetoing this!

permalink

00:25:629 - add a note here on col 5 for consistency with 00:24:538 -

permalink

No reason, fixed

00:39:947 - to 00:40:220 - how about reduce the chordsize here ? compare with top diff and seems no drums here

00:41:720 - Drums so how about

permalink

Ok sure

permalink

I think it would make more sense for 00:46:084 (46084|2,46084|4) to stack with 00:45:947 (45947|1,45947|3)

permalink

00:54:811 (54811|2,54811|4) - Same with these

permalink

I'm not sure what you mean by "stack", but if you mean to create a 3-note jack I'll have to pass on that, I feel that pattern would be a bit boring more than anything https://i.imgur.com/AK3BRnH.jpeg Pretty restrictive

00:46:493 (46493|0,46493|1) - Seems shuold be started on 00:46:629 - . check all parts

00:47:447 - Probably missing LN

Could do something like

permalink
permalink
Marked as resolved by Tropicar

00:51:129 (51129|4,51163|5,51197|6) - Why are these randomly not LNs?

permalink

No clue, let's fix that

permalink
Marked as resolved by Tropicar

00:52:084 (52084|0,52118|1,52152|2) - i suppose you used this instead of regular chord because of the wharwharwhar sound, but the second whar also start from a purple line 00:52:265 - like 00:52:527 (52527|4,52527|6) -
so just delay this one by 1/6

permalink

Since this 'second' sound is significantly shorter than the previous one, It makes more sense for it not to be directly expressed in the same manner as the first. I would use the 1/6 to chart the release if it didn't feel out of place in actual play so I'll leave this as is.

00:52:084 (52084|0,52118|1,52152|2,52220|6,52254|5,52288|4,52356|0,52390|1,52424|2) - these are also harder than what is in the top difficulty recommend just changing to what's in the top diff here

permalink

I really don't agree here, the 1/8th rolls almost play identically to chords. Not to mention that this part 00:50:720 - gives fair time to adjust to reading it

permalink
Marked as resolved by Tropicar

It's actually intentionally right-hand biasedto isolate the toms

permalink
Marked as resolved by Tropicar

01:01:095 (61095|5) - Would move this onto the other hand to avoid 01:00:958 (60958|6,60958|4,61095|5,61231|5,61367|5) - which is a lot of strain on just the right hand

permalink

Good idea!

permalink
Marked as resolved by Tropicar

01:09:265 (69265|0,69265|2,69265|1) - move this to col 345 to match the pattern you have here

01:17:305 (77305|2,77477|4,77650|2,77822|4,77995|2) - These should probably start on the right instead because of anchor at 01:16:960 (76960|2,77133|2,77305|2) -

permalink

Oh absolutely, good call

permalink
Marked as resolved by Tropicar

01:19:029 (79029|0,79029|1,79202|1,79202|0) - These are the only doubles on blue lines here. I think you could make everything starting from the former double here double.

permalink

Sure, I'll do the same for the top diff

permalink
Marked as resolved by Tropicar

01:22:908 - you could add a note here on col 1 so you stay consistent with 01:23:253 - and other sounds like that in this section

01:26:874 (86874|4,86931|5,86989|3,87046|4,87104|2,87161|3,87219|1,87276|2,87334|0,87391|5,87391|1,87449|4,87506|3) - There's a gradual slowdown of the sample and it's not being represented here.

permalink

Charting that progression would be at the cost of playability, the difference between 1:1 charting in actual play would only result in an already tricky pattern becoming, as a rule, very uncomfortable and unfun.

permalink

01:29:385 (89385|5,89557|1) - These aren't strict 1/8, closer to 1/12 instead

permalink
Marked as resolved by Tropicar

01:43:426 - 01:48:340 - might be a bit overkill towards the end? You don't really have chordjacks this dense in other parts of the map. I think you should chunk chords more at the faster parts of this section.

permalink

Yeah, I agree. Reworked some patterns.
