Unfortunately, due to the osu editor hosting rounding errors when managing edits to the timing panel (despite the bpm remaining the same), you will have to shift some green lines around to compensate for the (now present) desync. I am not sure what the current policy on notes being « off-time » by 1ms is however

sorry for opening it after so long but I think that's just syncopation. basically it's a rhythm stresses the weaker notes, in this case the offbeat so the timing points aren't needed imo

extra red lines aren't needed because the song doesn't change the time signature or BPM so it's necessary to remove them and resnap the notes along with the green lines if needed

mose of the cymbal crashes are in offbeat. This is syncopation which is a technique used for making the song as offbeat as possible

I might go ahead and also ask other people in the community to see what the verdict is on this one - although I do think that this change is correct, I want to be SURE that this is the correct decision.

i believe krytwal is correct here yea, to elaborate an easy way to spot syncopation here is the first beat of each measure (the finishers) are offbeat but the rest of the 3 beats are onbeat if you listen to the metronome, which is the case here :3
