I think you can make a 3~4+ anchor at 01:11:076 - by moving 01:11:230 (71230|1) - to col3 since the melody of the used vocal samples fully support its anchor.

Same at 01:15:846 - 01:20:923 - 01:22:153 - etc

Some notes make no sense to be in the anchors since they dont form part of the repetition in the music

01:11:538 (71538|2) -
01:15:846 (75846|1) -
01:21:384 (81384|1) -

etc.

The repetition pattern in the music includes the two notes prior to each triple + the triple itself with the note change

From 01:30:769 - to the end, I think playing a long consecutive 1423 or 4132 patterns would be more tricky than playing the same length of OH and even playing two-handed trills. Just applying repetitive 2341 -> 4321 thingies would be safer and better.
